On Friday 14 July 2023, the management of the National Society of Automotive Traffic (SNCA) inaugurated the new administrative building of the SNCA in Fridhaff (Diekirch), in the presence of officials from Luxembourg's Ministry of Mobility and Public Works.
According to the SNCA and the ministry, the new 787 m2 building on a plot of 50.66 ares is set to accommodate customers in a modern structure with the aim of improving the quality of services by centralising all activities for the north-east of the country and its surroundings on a single site.
The various services offered on this new site will include: vehicle registration and compliance control; issuing driving licences; carrying out theoretical and practical driving tests; the development of a manoeuvring ground to carry out driving tests for heavy goods vehicles and motorcycles.
The new Fridhaff site is located on the main north-east road axis and officially opened its doors on Monday 17 July 2023.
