The NETWORK, Luxembourg's oldest international professional business women's association, has announced that it is organising an in-person event dedicated to female role models on Wednesday 27 April 2022 in the premises of Amazon in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, from 19:00 to 22:00.

Two of the major areas of discussion to be highlighted at this event are: What steps have successful / high-profile women in Luxembourg taken to realise their ambition? How might we emulate them to build our own success?

Seeing women, anywhere in the world, succeeding in an ever-widening array of roles, opens the perspective of other women about their own opportunities and helps inspire them to broaden their expectations. Yet, many women struggle to feel fulfilled. Given the array of hurdles that they face at the many stages of their lives, how might women identify the barriers they face and successfully design strategies to overcome them as they rise professionally? And how might they become role models who inspire others to aspire to greatness?

A diverse panel of women, moderated by The NETWORK Past President Lisa Francis-Jennings, will share elements of their personal journeys to success, as well as how role models and mentors inspired them to realise their ambitions. Confirmed panellists include: Dr Maryam Baniasadi, process engineer at Paul Wurth; Jackye Elombo, employment and litigation lawyer; Christianne Wickler, Chair of the board of directors of Cargolux and founder of Pall Center.

Tickets for this event are free for The NETWORK members and €16.51 (booking fee included) for non-members and can be reserved online via the dedicated Eventbrite page. Registration closes on Monday 25 April 2022 at 12:00.
