The NETWORK, a Luxembourg-based international professional women's association, has announced that it is organising an event dedicated to understanding and preventing burnout on Wednesday 27 May 2026 at the Oekozenter Pafendall (6 Rue Vauban, L-2663), from 18:00 to 22:00.

According to the organisers, most people do not burn out because they work too much. They burn out because they say yes too often - to the wrong things, for too long. Burnout is often presented as a workload problem. But in many cases, it is actually a boundary problem - saying "yes" when one (often) knows the answer should be "no".

In this upcoming workshop, titled "Why You Keep Saying Yes", The NETWORK will explore this pattern and what to actually do about it inside real working environments.

The event consists of in-depth training followed by a networking session. The workshop moderator is Andrea Tamasi, an accredited leadership coach, trainer and trauma-informed coach. She works with senior executives and emerging leaders to build confidence, manage stress and lead with authenticity and impact.

Limited spots are available. This is a paid event with special conditions for The NETWORK's members.
