Luxembourg-based international professional women's association The NETWORK has announced that it is organising an International Women's Day event at Silversquare Liberté in Luxembourg-Gare on Thursday 12 March 2026, starting at 18:00.
The event promises "an honest, practical and interactive conversation on bias, labels, micro-aggressions and shared responsibility". According to the organisers: "This is not another symbolic panel; this is a high-level, interactive evening designed for professionals who want to shape better workplaces together."
They added: "Despite progress, bias and micro-aggressions still influence confidence, visibility and career growth. The real question is: what do we do about it?"
In this context, Select HR and The NETWORK are co-hosting a moderated panel discussion led by Breanna Schaefer-O'Reilly, Country Manager of Select HR (panellists to be confirmed). This discussion will explore:
- how bias shows up in everyday work life;
- what real allyship looks like in practice;
- how women and men can actively support one another;
- what to teach the next generation of talent.
After the discussion, attendees are invited to continue the conversation over dinner "in a refined setting curated for high-quality networking". The organisers described this as "an opportunity to connect with ambitious professionals, decision-makers and leaders who care about impact".
Tickets cost €60 (discount available for members). For further details and to register, visit Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/allies-at-work-building-fair-workplaces-together-tickets-1983377249745
