On Friday 7 April 2017, pianist Alexandra Matvievskaya will perform at the Abbaye de Neumunster, starting at 20:00.
Next Friday, Neimënster will host a contemporary high-piano recital featuring ea Illusioni (illusions), a cycle of six pianistic miniatures, between post-Impressionism and imaginary folklore composed by Belarusian pianist Tatsiana Zelianko, and created and performed by Russian pianist Alexandra Matvievskaya.
Alexandra Matvievskaya will also play Frida Kahlo, the Preludes op. 4 of the young composer and selected pieces by Gabriel Fauré.
The piano recital will take place in the Abbaye’s Salle Robert Krieps.
