A major electronic update will take place on 6 February 2017 in order to simplify access and the electronic signature of documents for the state's online services.

This update means that the Java application will no longer be required, and so all web browsers will be compatible for activities on the different online services.

These changes will affect services such as MyGuichet, the Trade and Companies Register and the Central Balance Sheet Unit.

The login and signature pages have also evolved in order to offer a more attractive and efficient interface.

This does not affect LuxTrust token users. However, users of LuxTrust Smartcards and Sticks, as well as those who use their electronic identity card (eID), may already prepare for the update by downloading the new LuxTrust middleware at http://drivers.luxtrust.lu/.

The new version is necessary to access the State's online services as of 6 February 2017, and it remains compatible with current online services.

The new middleware requires the authorisation of pop-ups for the connection to the service and also for the electronic signature.

Queries or problems regarding these changes should be addressed to the Helpdesk from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 via tel.: 24 782 000, or via a  contact form or in person at the counter.
