In order to meet the current and future challenges of the job market, Luxembourg's employment agency, the ADEM, has announced several changes to its organisation.

The ADEM management team, under the leadership of Director Isabelle Schlesser, has been strengthened with the arrival of a third deputy director. From 15 March 2021, Pierre Biren will be in charge of ADEM's financial services with the goal of digitalisation.The two other deputy directors retain their responsibilities: Christine von Reichenbach is in charge of internal services and Gaby Wagner is responsible for operational services.

Laurent Peusch has cemented his position as Head of the Employers' Department. He will be assisted by Gilles Bormann, Deputy Head of Department. Pascal Wiscour-Conter is heading the Jobseekers Service and will be in charge of all the ADEM regional agencies.

The Disability and Professional Reclassification Service has also been reorganised. The secretariat of the committees relating to the status of employee in reclassification or disabled employee has been integrated into the department of Gaby Wagner and sees the arrival of a new head of department: Jessica Ribeiro, who will be able to rely on Christian Boheim, deputy head of department. Financial aid in the field of disability and professional reclassification is placed under the provisional supervision of Clémentine Verschoore while waiting to be regrouped in the department of the new deputy director. Dr Claude Streef has been appointed Head of the Medical Service.

The Legal and Litigation Department remains under the authority of Pierre Schloesser, who will be able to count on the support of Laura Lorang as the new Deputy Head of Department.

Julie Ransquin has been appointed Deputy Head of the Communication and International Relations Department and will assist Silke Brüggebors, Head of Communication.
