On Friday 3 February 2025, the LCGB and OGBL trade unions announced the signing of a new collective labour agreement for employees of CIRCLE K Exploitation Luxembourg SA (formerly Motorway Luxembourg SA), which operates 21 Total Energies service stations in Luxembourg.

The agreement has been signed for a duration of three years, from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027, for the company's 450 employees. The following improvements are included:

- implementation of a progressive salary scale for three categories of employees (adjusted to the cost of living);
- indexed quarterly attendance bonus (with the possibility of receiving up to 125% of the bonus);
- seniority bonus: €300 gross, now applicable after 25 years of service (instead of 30 years); €350 gross from 30 years of service;
- one additional day of leave for employees with 25 years of service;
- increase of the additional payment (overtime) to 50% beyond two shift changes;
- 80% salary increase for each hour worked between 20:00 and 24:00 on 24 and 31 December (i.e. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve);
- payment of a one-time exceptional bonus in January 2025: €250 gross for assistants; €190 gross for non-assistant employees.

The LCGB and OGBL reported that other provisions of the collective agreement remain unchanged. The unions said they “welcome the agreement reached and will continue their commitment to ensuring that all employees of CIRCLE K Exploitation Luxembourg SA benefit from greater purchasing power and improved working conditions.”
