The Indian Business Chamber of Luxembourg (IBCL) has accounced that it has new management, a new outlook and new aspirations; to further strengthen, build and promote economic and financial relationships between India and Luxembourg, IBCL management has recently revamped its corporate governance team.

The IBCL has admitted five new Associate Members in addition to Sudhir Kohli and Jim Penning, as follows:

- Vijay Goyal, CEO Downstream Solutions, ArcelorMittal
- Aditya Sharma, Senior Vice President Asia, Boson Energy SA, Luxembourg
- Alain Glod, Industrial sector, Ministry of Economy, Luxembourg
- Jean Marie Hoffmann, Former Senior International Banker
- Charles Muller, Advocate & Independent Director at Regulatory Expert Investment Management, Luxembourg  

The operational office address: 45 Route d’Arlon, Strassen has been re-affirmed.

Sudhir K Kohli, IBCL co-founder, has returned as the interim President to lead the efforts from the front.

Aditya Sharma has been appointed Co-President and shall lead the innovation & Asia Markets Development vertical.

Vijay Goyal shall continue to be the Vice President to provide strategic direction. 

Jim Penning, IBCL co-founder and former Honorary Consul General of India in Luxembourg, shall lead the IBCL's new initiatives, members’ relationships, cross-industry Integration efforts.

Charles Muller shall be the lead member of Financial Services with focus on Funds, Private Equity & UCITS. 

Alain Glod shall lead Government relationships and international delegations. 

Jean-Marie Hoffmann shall be the lead member on Financial services with focus on Banking and Insurance Sector.   

Respective working committees are being built under each of the leaders to support these efforts. Members who had opted to join the previously-announced working committees, prior to this announcement, are requested to renew their interest by writing to email: contact@ibcl.lu. More members are also invited to come forward to widen the IBCL reach.  

Pedro Castilho has been released from the role of the President, as Board Member and Associate Member. The IBCL stated that its board has appreciated the contribution made by Pedro during the last two years of IBCL.
