Bus Hits Passenger Plane at Lux-Airport

The Grand Ducal Police has reported that, on Friday 4 April 2025, a bus collided with a passenger plane at Luxembourg Airport in Findel.

The accident happened at approximately 16:50; according to the police, the passenger plane was stationary at Parking 1 on the concourse when the bus approached with passengers it was transporting. 

As buses approached the parked plane, one bus (with passengers on board) collided with the wind flap of the left wing of the stationary plane. 

According to the police, nobody was injured; however, both the plane and the bus were damaged. 

The police contacted the public prosecutor's office who commissioned the Measurement and Detection Service of the police to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident.
