The Indian Business Chamber of Luxembourg (IBCL) has announced that it is organising an event dedicated to the role of technology in shaping the future on Thursday 7 November 2024 at EY in Luxembourg-Kirchberg (35E Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855), from 17:30 to 21:00.

As industries grapple with the balance between profit motives and societal purpose, technology emerges as a powerful force shaping this dynamic, noted the organisers. In today's rapidly changing world, the integration of sustainability and ethical considerations adds a critical new dimension. This event is designed to explore in depth how technology influences the profit-purpose continuum, promotes sustainability and redefines the future trajectory across various sectors.

Giulia Iannucci, CEO and founder of KnowThyBrand, will deliver the keynote address, which will be followed by a roundtable featuring: Sebastien Respaut, Country Head for Microsoft Luxembourg; Rohit Pandey, Head of IT, Operations, Security and Risk at Generali; Vanessa Müller, Partner and ESG Leader at EY Luxembourg; Nicole Thomé, Head of Business Development at Banque de Luxembourg. The event will continue with a Q&A session and networking.

Attendance is free for IBCL members, sponsors and invitees of board members; for non-members, the cost of attending is €30, or €15 for youth/students, payable via bank transfer to LU03 0030 6733 4505 0000 (BGL BNP Paribas). To register, fill out the Google Form here.
