Details: The Luxembourg-Poland Business Club asbl (LPBC) is organising an Entrepreneurial Woman Project which will take place this autumn with the support of the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg.
The event will target women with a business idea interested in setting up a start-up in Luxembourg, with a format of a block of workshops on Saturdays in October (4, 11, 18, 25) and November (8, 15) at the University of Luxembourg. Each Saturday involves 6 hours; the 36 hours in total are comprised of 19.5 hours of lectures and 16.5 hours of case studies. Up to 12 different trainers will be involved for the 12 course modules/topics.
For the Entrepreneurial Woman Event, participants (30 max) must be perfectly fluent in English. The topics to be addressed include idea generation, business model canvas, networking, types of business entities, taxation (incl. VAT), business licence regulation, insurance obligations of employer, inbound & outbound marketing, business plan, credits for start-ups, individual business plan, fundraising, last chance question (4 most-wanted trainers will be recalled).
The LPBC already has the support of the Luxembourg Ministry of Economy and the Polish Embassy in Luxembourg, and is open to other support in the form of sponsorship..
