Details: Following the success of the first Discipline without punishments and rewards workshop on 27 September, the next one is being held on 25 October 2014 between 10:00 and 12:00 at the Hotel Parc Belle-Vue (5 Avenue Marie-Thérèse, Altrimenti Culture ASBL, L-2132 Luxemburg).
The workshop intends to create awareness around the pitfalls of the discipline based on punishments and rewards and to introduce the idea of Cooperation and Democratic parenting, both far more effective in kids rearing in the long run.

What is Aware Parenting?
Aware Parenting is a Child Rearing philosophy developed by Dr Aletha Solter. Her books have been translated into 13 languages and accredited instructors give her workshops in 17 countries around the world.
Aware Parenting promotes respect, attachment style parenting, non-violent discipline, understanding & awareness of emotional needs and distress, positive communication, non-judgment, encouragement of natural mechanisms of releasing distress or frustration.
About the Instructor
Mariana Florea, is a CPC – Certified Professional Coach active in Coaching and Training since 2007 in Luxembourg, Belgium and Romania. In 2009 she became Aware Parenting Instructor.
