The National Youth Service (Service National de la Jeunesse - SNJ) has announced that its Marienthal youth centre will open its doors again to the public for an open day, organised in collaboration with the administration and organisations of the municipality of Helperknapp, on Sunday 11 September 2022 from 10:00 to 19:00.
A diversified programme awaits visitors to the Marienthal site, from a mountain bike tour, a hike and a rope park to an escape room and a photography activity, among others.
In addition, guided tours of the historical sites of Marienthal (tours at 14:00 and 16:00) and Hollenfels Castle (during the hike) are on the agenda, for those wishing to learn about the history of these two national monuments.
Catering will be provided by the organisations of the Helperknapp municipality and the Hollenfels youth hostel.
The Marienthal youth centre is located on Rue de Keispelt in Helperknapp (L-7411).
