Luxembourg's food safety authorities have announced the recall of Tupelo farm brand turkey roulade due to possible salmonella contamination.
The following product has been recalled from Aldi stores in Luxembourg: Tupelo farm brand "Roulade de dinde", 700g, with the expiry date 11/12/2021 and lot number RPS 27615 09:46.
Salmonella can cause symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhoea, fever and headache within six to 72 hours after consumption. These symptoms may be aggravated in young children, immunocompromised individuals and the elderly. People who have consumed the product in question and who display these symptoms are advised to consult a doctor.
