Start grooming your pooches in preparation for the Dog Show at this year's Church Fair being held in Useldange on Sunday 7 June.
What has become a main draw of the annual event involves judging on the basis of grooming, obedience and personality, with a special prize for the dog with the waggiest tail...
Entries will be taken on the day, with the organisers explaining to the dog owners about the parade in the show circle, during which interesting information about the dogs is read out to the crowd. The winning dogs are usually presented with rosettes.
The Fair opens at 13:00 with dogs and their owners congregating at around 16:00 in time for the show ring parade at 16:30 after which the winners are announced.
