On 15 July 2015, the Board of Directors at the Lycée Technique Privé Emile Metz signed the renewal of a collective work agreement with trade union LCGB.
The new collective agreement will last for three years, and provides the regulation of the rights and terms to the career development and salaries of all employees at the private school.
The following improvements were negotiated:
- A linear 1% increase in the scale for each year of the validity of the agreement, indicating a total increase of 3% over the three years.
- An upgrade in the career of technical education teachers
- Inclusion of a text setting the training
- The revision and modernisation of the existing textual collective agreement
