On 7 July 2017, the trade union LCGB entered into a new collective agreement with the management of AMOVA.
Luxembourg trade union LCGB has signed a collective agreement with AMOVA SARL, a company which produces industrial installations and equipment and currently employs 200 employees in Eselborn (Clervaux).
The new collective agreement is valid from 1 April 2017 until 31 March 2019 and brings the following improvements: a wage increase of €50 for 2017 with a second bonus of €30 in 2018; the introduction of a home leave premium of €20 per day for business trips; the introduction of a pension bonus as well as half-day extra leave on 24 December.
