Luxembourg’s Prime Minister and Minister of State, Xavier Bettel, will make an official visit to Paris on Tuesday 23 August 2016. PM Bettel will be received by President of the French Republic, François Hollande, for a meeting at the Elysee Palace.
The focus of discussion will include, besides the bilateral relations, issues of European political events and particularly the preparation of the informal summit on the future of the European Union, to be held in Bratislava Friday 16 September 2016, involving representatives of the 27 EU Member States.
