The Administration des ponts et chaussées announced Thursday that the Gousselerbierg Tunnel is back in normal operating mode after fans were removed and repaired.
The Administration reported that non-revised fans in the Gousselerbierg tunnel, located on the Nord A7 motorway, were tested and will be maintained every semester until all rotor blades have been replaced.
The tunnel was reported to have been back in normal operating mode since 17 February 2016, with compensation measures such as speed limit restrictions and closures of the fast lane terminated.
