The day will bear the banner "Action for Diversity" and will be open to all organisations in the country, whether they are small, medium or a large company or group of companies. IMS also welcomes the private and public sector or associations, whether or not they are signatories of the Diversity Charter.
The Luxembourg Diversity Charter Committee has created kits to help organisations to celebrate the day. These tool kits have been built based on best practises from 2015 as well as new perspectives and ideas for 2016.
On this day the organisations will attempt to raise awareness amongst their employees and stakeholders by drawing on the creativity of employees and establishing partnerships with associations.
As was the case for last year some organisations will receive official visits and the official signing ceremony will close this special day.
