130 employees of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Luxembourg came together on Thursday 14 January 2016 in the spirit of fidelity and company culture to attend the annual 'Seniority Cocktail' event.
Managing Partner, Rima Adas; People Leader, Marc Schernberg; and Human Capital partner, Vinciane Istace, thanked those present for their loyalty and continued contribution to the 35-long success of the company.
"The evolution of PwC Luxembourg is intrinsically linked to the professional commitment of our employees," remarked Vinciane Istace, who along with Marc Schernberg is a representative of the company's Leadership Team. "The history of our firm in Luxembourg started 35 years ago and has built itself on the daily involvement of each. Today, it is nearly 2,600 employees who work each day towards its transformation and future success."
According to PwC Luxembourg, the company draws on trust as an essential component in the development of employees, with the opportunity for each to develop their working environment and share their ideas a driving force of the firm's employees. PwC Luxembourg offers resources to staff promoting their personal and professional development, including internal and international mobility programmes and flexible careers.

The 130 employees who had been with the company for 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years were recognised, with the prize of 35 years of service awarded to Pascal Rakovsky, an Audit partner and key player in the evolution of PwC Luxembourg; and Anny Schortgen, in charge of reporting within the firm.
