fts global, of the L&D Company, has announced plans for international expansion with the June launch of its new Learning & Development solutions to the Hong Kong market.
Repeat business from existing clients as well as new business successes across its target markets have accounted for the recent growth of the international talent management organisation, and have allowed it to become one of only a handful companies in this sector to provide solutions to over 20 countries.
Recent progress made by the association has included the acquirement of recruitment agency Fast Training as well as the launch of a new website highlighting its portfolio of services.
The choice of Luxembourg as the site of company headquarters has also been accredited as a contributor to the efficiency of the business. 'Its mix of nationalities and multi-lingual talent pool make it much easier to service our global clients from here,' said fts global Chairman, David Micallef.
CEO Rachel Treece broached the idea of giving back to the country housing fts global headquarters, claiming “With our talent solutions which include Learning & Development and Executive Search, we are also able to address the skills shortage locally in Luxembourg and create a bigger talent pool for this market."
