The annual Nature Festival, organised by the nature and environment association, natur&ëmwelt, takes place on Sunday 21 June from 10:00 to 18:00 at the House of Nature, Kockelscheuer; this year's theme is: nature around the house.
The family event includes information stands about nature and the environment, sale of environmentally friendly products, sale of traditional and organic food products, many activities for children and organic food served for lunch.
Approximately 50 stands will offer advice and information about nature and the environment. For example, you can visit:
• stand #12 where natur&ëmwelt's Nature Consultation staff will be present to offer information and advice. You will also be able to purchase feeders to attract birds to your garden, nesting boxes for birds and hotels for pollinators; and
• stand #25 where Bee Together volunteers will provide information on their bee-related activities.
The entry fee for the festival is €2 (free for children 15 years old and younger).
Pre-registration is urged for the event so that the organisers know who to expect to visit them at their stands and to be added to their mailing list to be informed of their future activities and events.
Venue: Haus vun der Natur a.s.b.l. Parking is available only at the Kockelscheuer P+R (park at the children's playground end of the parking lot, i.e. away from the skating rink buildings).

The visit of the beehives at 14:00 will be translated into English. As the number of places is limited, please register as soon as you can.
