Cars and motorbikes at least twenty years old can undergo their technical control checks at the Automobile Club Luxembourg’s (ACL) Diagnostic Centre in Bertrange, the ACL announced last week.
Following last year’s success, the ACL in collaboration with the SNCT, has decided to revive its technical control for old vehicles service. Every Friday, owners of such vehicles will be able to make an appointment to have their cars and motorbikes fully inspected by SNCT inspectors at the Diagnostic Centre.
The comprehensive inspection lasts around twenty minutes for cars and fiteen minutes for motorbikes. All ACL, LOF (Luxembourg Oldtimer Federation), and AMAL (Friends of Old Motorbikes) members are eligible for the service. The vehicles must be at least twenty years old.
The price is €69 for cars and €34 for motorbikes. To make an appointment, those interested should contact the ACL Diagnostic Centre on dcl@acl.lu or 450045-6007.
