Post Luxembourg Announced as Country's 2nd Largest Employer

While the Luxembourg State continues to be the top employer in the Grand Duchy, POST Luxembourg has now crept into second place.

The State is the clear leader with 27,393 employees and the Group Post Luxembourg has around 4,480 on their books. This is followed closely by CFL and Cactus with 4,260 and 4,200 respectively.

The list is compiled by STATEC on the basis of a non-mandatory annual survey of companies and groups of companies based in Luxembourg and employing at least 90 people. The sruvey includes businesses in a variety of sectors including industry, construction, trade and most service activities.

These statistics are dated from 1 January 2018.
