The City of Luxembourg (Ville de Luxembourg - VdL) has announced an upcoming infrastructure works that will take place on Val de Hamm between Rue des Peupliers and Rue du Fort Dumoulin on Saturday 20 June 2026 from 06:00 to 18:00.
The VdL said that as a result of the roadworks, the affected section towards the Robert Schaffner and Iergaertchen roundabout will operate as a one-way street. The temporary traffic signs will be installed throughout the works.
The following changes will also affect municipal bus services:

Route 7 towards Bonnevoie will be diverted via Hamm, while the Pulvermuhl Hammer Dällchen, Quai 2 and Général Patton, Quai 2 stops will not be served;

Route 29 towards Hesperange will also be diverted via Hamm, while the Pulvermuhl Hammer Dällchen, Quai 2, Général Patton, Quai 2 and Al Molkerei, Quai 4 stops will not be served. They will be replaced by the Huese Vic, Quai 1 stop.
