Luxembourg company Jiway has unveiled the 2020 version of its software suite MozaIK, used by many banks and telecommunication operators in the Grand Duchy.

In advance of the digital transformation, Jiway quickly specialised in the dematerialisation of documents; historically in financial reporting, then in mass documentary production for a clientele from different sectors of activity.

To meet customer demand and market needs, the small company has completely rewritten its MozaIK solution. An UI / UX expert has redesigned the platform for and around the user. Beyond a simple B2B web application, Jiway has created a whole "B2B2C" ecosystem, where each can share information with their employees, partners and customers, thus opening the working environment to a second level of users. This aims to greatly improve information exchange and data centralisation, all in an ultra-secure environment thanks to the solutions of LuxTrust, Jiway's first partner in Europe.

The solution also allows the implementation of complex workflows including for example the qualified electronic signature (according to the definition eIDAS). The architecture of the application now adapts to all structures and sizes of companies, thus making the platform accessible to all organisations that wish to initiate their digital transformation or have a secure collaborative environment.

The business process automation features, now available to all, are helping small and medium-sized businesses to be productive. Jiway is also part of the approach to supporting Luxembourg SMEs in its active support of the "Fit 4 Digital" and "Fit 4 innovation" programmes.
