On Wednesday 22 October 2025, the Social Security Centre (Centre Commun de la Sécurité Sociale - CCSS) announced the digitalisation of social security procedures for employers.

The CCSS has launched its online services for employers and their representatives in the business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu. This digital offer reportedly represents a milestone for the CCSS in its digitalisation and administrative simplification strategy, providing employers with centralised and secure management of administrative procedures. It forms part of a broader vision: to roll out online services offered by the CCSS, which will gradually pave the way for other social security institutions.

According to the CCSS, the deployment of online services aims to simplify procedures and secure exchanges, with the goal of reducing the administrative burden for employers and their representatives while bringing the institution closer to its users. The success of this large-scale project also relies on close collaboration with the Government IT Centre (CTIE), particularly regarding design and user experience.

Employers who still use paper forms can now access a centralised and simplified online management system, including declarations (entry/exit, wages and work incapacity), consultation of their data (affiliations, wages, etc.), generation of certificates, as well as receiving documents via eDelivery (monthly account statements).

Employers and their representatives (e.g. fiduciary companies) who use the SECUline platform maintain their usual declaration method while gaining access to additional services such as data consultation, certificate generation and receipt of documents digitally (eDelivery).

Temporary employment agencies, self-employed persons (independent professionals, artisans and merchants) and agricultural operations will have access to these services at a later stage.

In the business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu, under the “Health & Social Security” section, online services are organised into four activity areas:

  • Affiliations: entry/exit declarations, certificate stating number of employees, etc.;
  • Wages & work incapacity: declaration of wages and work incapacity, consultation of wages, certificate stating the total wage bill, etc.;
  • Calculation, invoicing & accounting: contributor's account balance, payments, attestation for public tenders, etc.;
  • Employer data: consultation of MDE, AAA, STM parameters, SECUline membership, etc.
