Around 16:00 on Wednesday 17 December 2025, LuxTrust confirmed in a statement that its services had resumed following a technical incident.
Some LuxTrust services had been unavailable since approximately 15:20 on Tuesday 16 December 2025. According to LuxTrust, the incident did not affect system integrity, transaction security or customer data.
Restoration operations began on Tuesday afternoon and continued overnight, resulting in a gradual return to service, including the restoration of LuxTrust authentication and electronic signature services by 12:40 on Wednesday.
LuxTrust apologised for any inconvenience caused by the disruption and thanked users for their patience and understanding.
The company added that a detailed review of the incident would be carried out and that a follow-up communication would be issued to share the findings.
