On Thursday 29 January 2026, global wealth and asset manager Lombard Odier announced plans to open a new headquarters in Luxembourg's Cloche d'Or district in 2027.

The Lombard Odier Group has announced that its Luxembourg-based entities will move into a new building by the end of 2027. Located in the rapidly developing Cloche d’Or district, between Boulevard de Kockelscheuer and Rue de Mercator, this new facility will welcome clients and the group's nearly 300 Luxembourg-based employees "in a bright, modern and welcoming environment, reflecting the firm's values and commitments to sustainability and innovation."

Present in the Grand Duchy since 2010 and seeking a new building to support its long-term development, Lombard Odier selected the "Terraces" project by Grossfeld, a joint venture of Promobe & Nextensa, reportedly due to its location in an "attractive" and "easily accessible" district, combining housing, retail and a business centre. The group, emphasising sustainability, said the modularity and flexibility offered by a new building, the quality of the construction and the targeted sustainable building certifications, namely BREEAM and WELL, were also important factors. Access to the site is facilitated by its proximity to the tramway, public transport and major roads, while also prioritising active mobility.

Jessica Rabut, CEO of Lombard Odier (Europe), commented: "Following on from our new global headquarters in Geneva designed by Herzog & de Meuron, this new Luxembourg headquarters embodies our values and will enable us to meet our ambitions for future growth. This underscores the firm's commitment to its roots in Luxembourg and its confidence in the Luxembourg financial centre. We look forward to welcoming our clients and serving them in this new setting that blends tradition and innovation."

The representatives of the firm's three entities in Luxembourg - Jessica Rabut, CEO of Lombard Odier (Europe), Matthieu Van De Casteele, CEO of Lombard Odier T&O Services (Europe), and Mark Edmonds, Managing Director of Lombard Odier Funds Europe - said they were "delighted" to be undertaking this joint relocation project to a human-scale building, reportedly aligned with the group's values of proximity and excellence, and part of a partnership built on trust and a long-term vision.

Completely transparent and open to the outside world, the building is expected to offer employees a "first-rate" work environment, designed to meet the specific needs of the three entities, while adhering to the highest sustainability standards.

As the tenant of the premises under a long-term partnership with Grossfeld, Lombard Odier will be the sole occupant. Currently located at 291 Route d'Arlon in Luxembourg-Merl, the group’s Private Client, Asset Management and Technology & Operations divisions will occupy all six floors of the new headquarters, each offering access to green terraces.

The interior design is designed to provide employees with "an open, modern and welcoming work environment, fostering collaboration through dedicated spaces, while also offering easy access to numerous nearby services."
