The City of Luxembourg (VdL) has announced the resumption of the “Glacismaart” on the Champ du Glacis in Luxembourg-Limpertsberg for the 2026 season.
The first Glacismaart of the 2026 season will take place on Sunday 15 March from 10:00 to 17:00 on the Champ du Glacis. The market will then be held on the following dates: Sundays 15 March, 19 April, 17 May, 14 June, 26 July, 20 September and 18 October 2026.
VdL noted that since 2006 the Glacismaart has been a popular Sunday market where visitors can find a wide range of products, including fruit and vegetables, various food products, flowers and plants, textiles, household items and accessories. Stalls offering second-hand goods, on-site catering and activities for children will also be present.
The Glacismaart is easily accessible by public transport (bus/tram), on foot or by bicycle (vel’OH! stations Robert Schuman and Glacis Kapell) and by car, with the Glacis and Schuman car parks free on Saturdays and Sundays, VdL added.
