In recent reyars, the "Recruitment Days" initiative has become a special time for PwC Luxembourg where recruitment is synonymous with discovery and sharing; a total of 70 candidates came this year to discover about opportunities for professional development, among the sectors of auditing and tax consulting.

These future graduates have also discovered their future living environment through an urban rally to playfully explore the capital. Sharing time on the values ​​that drive them, their motivation to reach their potential first employer - this year, the PwC Luxembourg recruitment days were a resounding success. 46 students were offered a contract of indefinite duration.

Attracting architects of tomorrow

The "Recruitment Days" are a showcase of PwC Luxembourg crafts, popular with students. These two days allow 70 young talents a unique experience, punctuated by exchanges and interviews with experts from the firm. "These students experience a total immersion in the reality of our work environment. In the space of two days, they can actually glimpse their future careers in a global company," said Vinciane Istace, Human Capital Associate at PwC Luxembourg.

This event is also an opportunity to recall that diversity remains a priority for PwC Luxembourg. For this 16th edition of the "Recruitment Days", the company hosted students from thirty higher education institutions in the Greater Region as well as from the Netherlands and Germany. "Our 2,600 employees authentically embody the diversity of our firm" said Vinciane Istace.
