On Tuesday 3 June 2025, CapitalatWork Foyer Group SA, an independent asset manager active in the Benelux region, announced the appointment of new management teams for its entities in Luxembourg and Belgium.
Founded in 1989 and a member of the Foyer Group since 2009, CapitalatWork Foyer Group SA provides asset management services to private and institutional clients. Managing over €11 billion, the company said it distinguishes itself through an independent investment approach based on the principles of value investing. In 2025, it is celebrating the "loyalty of its clients" and the "enduring commitment of its teams".

Today, we are entering a new phase with strengthened governance, in line with our long-term vision," said Jean Ceppetelli, CEO of CapitalatWork Foyer Group SA.
After more than 20 years leading the company, Maarten Rooijakkers, CEO of CapitalatWork, is passing the torch to a new management team. According to the firm, his tenure has been "defined by his close ties with employees and clients, his dynamic leadership and his decisive contribution to the company's development". The company added: "Under his guidance, CapitalatWork has become a key player in wealth management across the Benelux region". He is set to continue to support CapitalatWork's growth strategy in the coming years.
In Luxembourg, CapitalatWork Foyer Group SA is now managed by: Jean Ceppetelli, Chief Executive Officer; Gregory Vandendael, Head of Business Development; Pierre-Henry Oger, Head of Investment Management and Funds Coordination; Sylvie Lanari, Head of Compliance and Risk Management.
The management committee of the Belgian subsidiary of CapitalatWork Foyer Group SA consists of: Anouk Schouppe, Chief Executive Officer; Vincent Lambrecht, Deputy CEO; Erwin Deseyn, Chief Investment Officer; Gaël Wijngaard, Chief Operations Officer; Eric Decocq, Head of Compliance and Risk Management.
Composed primarily of long-standing employees, these teams are said to embody CapitalatWork's values. "Together, they will continue to drive the company's development with the same high standards and dedication to client service," the firm concluded.
