Details: MNKS Breakfast Conference on Contentious General Meetings of Shareholders
The MNKS law firm in Luxembourg has announced that it is organising a Breakfast Conference on the topic of "Contentious general meetings of shareholders" on 5 July 2016 between 08:30 - 09:30 at the MNKS offices (Vertigo Polaris Building, 2-4 rue Eugène Ruppert, L-2453 Cloche d'Or).
This conference will be mainly dedicated to the review of the different stages and points of interest of contentious general meetings for a SA or SARL: first the preparatory stage (convocation, agenda and suspension), then the constitutive stage (creation of the “bureau”, participants’ roles & functions, admissions of third parties to the meeting), the deliberative stage (discussions, right to raise questions and seek information, statements & documentation delivered at meetings) and finally the drafting stage (preparation, verification and signature of the minutes).
It will be led by Charles de Kerchove in English.
