Details: On the weekend of Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September the third edition of the historical re-enactment of the fortress blockade of 1814 will take place at the Park Dräi Eechelen to commemorate its bicentennial.

The event will be co-organised by the Dräi Eechelen Museum (M3E) and the Cercle d’histoire vivante organisation and the park will be filled with hundreds of hired extras from around Europe for the pageant which generally attracts circa 3,000 visitors over the two days.

Further details will be announced at a press conference on Monday 22 September to introduce the event and reveal further details of the weekend’s comprehensive programme and the history of the event, which has taken place at the same park since 2012, with a focus on historical re-enactment.
