The event is described as a dedicated forum for independent and non-executive directors to exchange views on the evolving governance landscape in private markets.
This year’s edition will cover key topics such as continuation vehicles, secondaries and the growing impact of AI on board responsibilities, featuring expert insights, panels, and a keynote interview with Pascal Berchem (CSSF).
This session will explore key governance challenges and emerging topics shaping the role of directors today, with a strong focus on practical insights and peer exchange.
