Transition Minett, in collaboration with Esch-sur-Alzette, have announced their Spring Festival which is being held at Pavilion 5 (1 rue Arthur Useldinger, Esch-sur-Alzette) on Saturday 26 April 2025 from 11:00 - 19:00.
Led by the citizens of Esch, the festive and charitable event Spring Festival is being organised following the success of their Christmas Market (Marché de Noël Autrement).
The event aims to bring residents together around the values of sharing, sustainability and conviviality, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Throughout the day, the public will be able to discover:
- A second-hand market
- Stalls featuring local artists and artisans
- Entertainment, workshops and outdoor games for children and adults
- A sewing repair café
- Meals featuring local products
- music and a DJ set to keep the party going (starting at 18:00)
The Camping's Stuff food truck will delight one's taste buds with homemade dishes made with fresh, local produce.
An event rooted in the local community
Initiated by the citizens of Esch and coordinated by Transition Minett, the Spring Festival benefits from the support of numerous local partners including the City of Esch-sur-Alzette, CIGL Esch, Camping's Stuff, CELL, Clos Janglis, Repair Café Luxembourg, Foodsharing Luxembourg and SOS Deuil Animal.
Admission is free of charge.
