On Monday 29 June 2026, Luxembourg trade unions the LCGB and OGBL announced the signing of a new collective labour agreement with Sisto Armaturen SA.
According to the trade unions, the agreement was signed by the management of the Echternach-based company on Thursday 25 June 2026 and covers all 175 employees. The collective labour agreement is valid for three years, running retroactively from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2028.
The new collective labour agreement includes:
• a one-off bonus for all employees;
• three salary increases applicable to all staff;
• the introduction of a seniority bonus;
• the possibility for employees aged over 50 to request a reduction in their working hours;
• the introduction of whistleblower protection measures;
• various updates and amendments to the existing collective agreement.
The trade unions said the agreement reflects the shared commitment of the social partners to maintaining a stable, attractive and sustainable working environment, while highlighting the importance of constructive social dialogue and continued cooperation, which have contributed to the company's positive results.
Sisto Armaturen SA, part of the KSB Group, specialises in the development and manufacture of customised diaphragm valves for industries requiring high standards of safety, reliability and sterility.
