Luxembourg-based photographer Ludo Segers has opened his solo exhibition, Amber Light & City Sights, at the Prienai Regional Museum in Lithuania, where it will run from Monday 29 June to Monday 27 July 2026.

Ludo Segers, who has lived in Luxembourg since 2005, previously exhibited his work in his hometown of Grevenmacher in 2023 and, more recently, alongside Kateryna Mostova at the cultural centre in Bissen.

The exhibition in Prienai brings together photographs of architectural and urban landscapes from several countries. The collection includes images captured in Lithuania, Italy and Japan, as well as a winter scene from Echternach. Among the works on display are landmarks from Lithuania's Baltic coast, an image of the Supermoon above Prienai, and photographs of Padua, Kyōto and Himeji Castle.

The exhibition also reflects Ludo Segers' recent return to analogue photography alongside his digital work. Part of the collection was photographed using a medium-format Hasselblad 500C/M camera.

"On the city side of the exhibition, photography can also be an instrument for social commitment," Ludo Segers said. "Photographers can document, evoke, and sometimes provoke or whisper subtle reflections, in a continuous search for a new perspective.”
