The ShivYog Luxembourg Sewa Team has annoucned that a ShivYog Healing & Meditation Programme - Level 1 is being held over the week-end of 19-21 February 2016 at the Restaurant SWAGAT Event Hall (183 route d'Arlon, L-8011 Strassen).

The Virtual ShivYog Healing & Meditation Programme is a Level-1 programme in self-healing, where Baba ji will empower the seekers, beyond the limitations of time, space and His physical presence, through energised recordings which will help them raise self awareness and heal the body, mind and soul.
 
The Programme will take place in the subtle presence of Avdhoot Baba Shivanand ji and the Holy Masters of the Lineage. The voice and divine intent of Baba ji will be the means for giving Shaktipat (initiation) to the seekers.

The 3-hour session on Friday 19 February is a healing session, and is open to all, free-of-cost. The 2-day programme of Sat 20 & Sun 21 February is one of the foundation courses of ShivYog. Seekers will learn the basic practices of self-healing and awakening of inner powers which are based on ancient Siddha healing wisdom. It will include meditations, sankirtans, kriyas, discourse and the initiations. Above everything will be the subtle presence of the Guru and the Gurumandala that will facilitate the entire process.

According to the Holy Siddhas, every disease is psychosomatic, caused by an interplay of negative deeds, negative emotions, negative energy and negative vibrations. Modern medicine is focused only on the physical body, whereas there are four other bodies and so many more factors at play when a disease surfaces. ShivYog empowers an individual with healing powers, inherent but unawakened, such that one is able to establish the connection with the cosmic powers. This enables the healing of the five bodies, improve the overall quality of all aspects of life, and experience spiritual growth. The sadhanas of ShivYog open the gateway to spiritual growth and eventually Self-Realisation.
