In the Women's Doubles Championship at the Bank of the West Classic tennis championship at Stanford, USA, Luxembourg's Mandy Minella was in action in the women's doubles tournament.

Alongside playing partner Kimiko Date-Krumm of Japan, they lost their first-round match to the Taipei partnership of Hao-Ching Chan and Yung-Jan Chan, in straight sets, 6-1, 6-3.

Mandy Minella was not playing in the Women's Singles tournament.
