STEP BeNeLux a.s.b.l. has announced that it is organising a "Lunch & Learn" presentation entitled “Europe Off the Rails - Governing in Times of Madness” given by guest speaker, Frank Engel MEP, at a lunch meeting on Thursday 28 June 2018 at the Cercle Munster in Luxembourg-Grund (5-7 rue Munster) from 12:00.

Frank Engel is an MEP in the European People's Party and a member of the Luxembourg Christian Social Party (CSV). He studied law in Brussels and Metz and acquired a degree in private law. From 2001 to 2009 he was Secretary-General of the parliamentary group of the Christian Social Party (CSV) He is a Member of the National Committee in the CSV's Executive Committee and also the Honorary Armenian Consul in Luxembourg since 2006. Frank Engel has been an MEP since 2009.

The event will address fiscal reform and the rule of law. It is aimed at everyone involved in wealth planning and preservation, including, but not limited to, all estate and trust professionals, lawyers, accountants, trust officers, current STEP members, applicants and other providers of ancillary services.
