Luxembourg's Food Safety Unit has announced the recall of the Alnatura "Spinat-Walnuss" spread over concerns that it may contain pieces of metal.
The following product has been recalled from Luxembourg stores:
- Alnatura "Spinat-Walnuss" (spinach and walnut spread), 135g, with the expiry dates: 28/02/2024; 28/04/2024; 28/05/2024.
The product in question was sold in Luxembourg across multiple stores.
If a foreign object, such as metal, is ingested, consumers are at risk of suffocation or internal injury.
