The City of Luxembourg (Ville de Luxembourg - VdL) has announced the opening of four new pop-up stores on Rue des Capucins and Grand-Rue in Luxembourg-Ville.

On Tuesday 22 March 2022, Lydie Polfer, Mayor of Luxembourg City, and Serge Wilmes, VdL Alderman responsible for trade, inaugurated four new pop-up stores in Luxembourg's city centre. These new openings bring the number of pop-up stores managed by the City of Luxembourg to eight.

My Little Corner, located at 19-25 Rue des Capucins, offers small brands of French designers of clothing, accessories and jewellery. To preserve the exclusivity of the items, each piece is only available in limited numbers. The shop thus relies on unique products and a regular renewal of its collection.

Romantico Romantico, located at 26 Rue des Capucins, is a jewellery brand "made in Luxembourg" created by a young Luxembourg entrepreneur with a passion for fashion. By pairing traditional craftsmanship and modern design, Romantico Romantico manages to create special and unique pieces carefully assembled by hand. Lëtzmix, located at 43 Grand-Rue, offers innovative home solutions and equipment that aim to facilitate the daily life of its users. More information is available at: letzmix.lu.
 
nana'selections, located at 40 Grand-Rue, is a collection of favourite items including small revamped furniture, stationery creations, handmade bags from Italy, soaps and many other objects and finds that the entrepreneur seeks to offer visitors to the capital.

Moreover, the College of Aldermen of the City of Luxembourg took the opportunity to discover the products offered in the pop-up stores on Rue Philippe II, which have been in place for some time.

Made by Ghigi, located at 38 Rue Philippe II, offers visitors unique interior decoration objects and fashion accessories. The entrepreneur who, after years of rediscovering her passion for sewing, creates scrunchies, pouches, stools, small storage units and other original objects. nolo, located at 40 Rue Philippe II, offers handmade ceramic creations from Portugal. Bowls, plates, cups, pots and various decorative objects, produced by small producers in a logic of sustainable development, are available to lovers of original pieces and tableware.

Through its pop-up stores project, the City of Luxembourg aims to promote entrepreneurship and contribute to the creation of a diversified commercial offer in the capital while allowing creators, traders and startups to test their product, service or concept and to be in direct contact with their customers.
