To add to the festive spirit in the capital, the Luxembourg City Tourist Office and Luxembourg House will be offering four Christmas pottery cups produced by Villeroy & Boch.
The cups come in the two colours of red and purple and their design shows various facets of the Grand Duchy, including the fortress, monuments, culture and tradition, as stylicised pictograms. The cups have been developed as either novelty gifts or keepsakes, and have been produced as earthenware which is an 'Official Supplier of the Court'.
The cups come in two sizes of large and small, at €15 and €11 each, respectively. These can be purchased from LCTO in Place Guillaume II, which is open Monday to Saturday 09:00-18:00 and Sunday from 10:00-18:00 or online at www.lcto.lu; and Luxembourg House, at 2 Rue de l'Eau, open Monday to Tuesday 11:00 and Wednesday to Sunday 11:00 to 19:00.
