Luxembourgish band Mutiny on the Bounty have announced they will be joining a host of rock bands in Bristol for the ArcTanGent music festival on 20 August 2015.
Mutiny on the Bounty was started in 2004 by drummer and lead singer Sacha Schmitz and guitarist and backing vocalist Nicolas Prezor, who were later joined in 2011 by current members Clement Delporte and Cedric Czaika on guitar and bass, respectively. Their sound can be linked to the complexity of Battles, the energy from And So I Watch You From Afar and the pop-appeal of Foals.
Bristol's ArcTanGent is an award-winning music festival, known among connaisseurs of the genres of Math-rock, Post-rock, Noise-rock and Alt-rock, among others. Mutiny on the Bounty will be joining a line-up featuring Cult of Luna, 65 Days of Static, Deerhoof and LITE, adding to a successful 2015 which included a performance at Rock-a-Field festival in July.
