Luxembourg's Ministry of Education, Children and Youth has announced that, from 5 to 8 January 2021, the schouldoheem.lu remote learning platgorm is livestreaming daily learning sequences for primary school teachers and pupils.

From today, and as part of the current remote learning week, teachers and pupils can access four or five learning sequences via livestream, each day between 09:15 and 16:45. These 30- to 45-minute Luxembourgish-language sequences are aimed at all cycles and can be integrated into the school programme. They cover a wide variety of activities from drama and music to dance and coding. Parents can also watch and participate. The sequences will remain accessible after their live broadcast.

These educational offers were designed and developed by the staff of the SCRIPT (educational and technological research and innovation coordination service), mimamu.lu - Mir maache Musek and makedra.lu - Maach (k)een Drama sites, as well as teachers specialising in digital skills and the National School of Physical Education and Sports.

Prizes will be awarded by drawing lots among children participating in the daily flashmob dance activity.

The programme of the learning sequences is available on www.schouldoheem.lu/on-air, in five languages: Luxembourgish, French, German, Portuguese, English.

The broadcast will take place via the schouldoheem.lu YouTube channel: http://edulink.lu/lcp0.
