The Luxembourg City Tourist Office has organised a host of concerts on the bandstand of the Place d'Armes in the Luxembourg capital, as part of its “Plëss in Concert” programme.
The programme brings together brass bands and ensembles from the Grand Duchy and the Greater Region, providing a platform for local musicians, and allowing residents and visitors to discover the rich musical heritage of Luxembourg.
For decades, the kiosk has seen military musical phalanx, marching bands and harmonies, and recently jazz and ambient music ensembles. With diverse rhythms and repertoires, the aim is always to enhance the attractiveness of the capital for the greater pleasure of its residents and visitors.
