For this weekend’s Sunday opening and boot sales in the Ville-Hate and Gare district, some changes to the transport network will be in place.
All bus lines, 1 through 31, will be free, as will certain RGTR lines to and around the city.
The City Shopping Bus, a free shuttle from the Glacis car park to Beaumont Street, takes an expanded circuit on Saturdays and Sundays at the Sunday market opening, serving the downtown Beaumont stop as well as the Forum Royal stops, Hällepull, Cathedral and Kasinosgaass. It leaves every 7-8 minutes between 13:30 and 18:30.
It should be noted that due to the roadblock on Avenue de la Gare on Sunday, May 7, 2017, the routes of municipal bus lines 5, 6, 15 and 30 will be modified between 05:00 and 21:00. Thus, the "Paris / Zitha quai 4" judgment in the direction of Bonnevoie will be abolished and replaced by the "Heinrich Heine" judgment (H. Heine Street). Similarly, stops "Wallis quais 2 and 3" towards the city center will be suppressed and replaced by a temporary stop on the boulevard d'Avranches.
The Schuman Car Park is free on Saturdays and Sundays (except during the Schueberfouer). The "Pescatore Foundation" bus stop, located close to the car park and serviced at regular intervals by the bus lines 1/16, 2, 4, 7, 8, 18, 19 and 20, allows visitors to easily reach the downtown.
From the P+R Bouillon, bus Line 1 will leave at 12:49 every 10 minutes from the Bouillon parking lot (also open weekends) to the Gare district and the city centere; For the return, the departures will be made from 13:05 and until 18:35 from the stop "Hamilius quai 2" (bd Royal) towards the P + R Bouillon.
Stade car park is free on Saturdays and Sundays (except during the Schueberfouer), and will be served by lines 22 and 28 approximately every 15 minutes from 13:27 Stage to the city centre (stop "Hamilius quai 2") and the railway station. Returns will be between 13:42 and 18:31 from the train station, and between 13:48 and 18:37 pm from the city centre ("Monterey Quai 2" stop) to the "Stade" car park.
